Back in use the same day.

Fast-cure polyaspartic resin floors: down in a day, walked on in hours, UV-stable and tough. The quick-turnaround option for when downtime is the deciding factor.

What you get

Same-day return

Cures fast enough to walk on in hours and park on the next day.

UV-stable

Holds its colour in sunlight without yellowing, indoors or out.

Tough and flexible

Takes impact and temperature swings, so it suits outdoor surfaces too.

Low-odour install

Less disruptive to lay, handy for occupied homes and businesses.

Grind, prep, pour and cure, often inside a single day.

When speed is the point

Polyaspartic cures far faster than standard epoxy, so where a conventional floor needs the best part of a week, a polyaspartic system can be down and back in use in a day. That makes it the go-to when a garage, shop or unit cannot afford the downtime. A polyaspartic garage floor coating is the one to ask for when the car has to be back in by the weekend.

It is also UV-stable, which is why we often recommend it for patios and outdoor surfaces where standard epoxy can yellow over time.

Fast, but still prepped properly

Fast-cure does not mean cutting the prep. We still grind the slab back and repair it first, because a quick floor that lifts is no bargain. We talk through whether polyaspartic or a standard epoxy build suits your job best when we quote.

Common questions

Is it really usable the same day?
For most domestic floors, yes. Walk-on in hours, light use the same day, and parking the next. Bigger or colder jobs take a little longer.
Is polyaspartic better than epoxy?
It is different, not strictly better. It cures faster and resists UV, but epoxy can be more cost-effective for some jobs. See epoxy vs polyaspartic.
Can you use it outside?
Yes. Its UV stability makes it a strong choice for outdoor surfaces and patios where standard epoxy would yellow.
What are the disadvantages of polyaspartic flooring?
Two honest ones. It cures fast, so it has a short working window and needs an experienced hand to lay it well. And it usually costs more than a standard epoxy. It is often used as a tough, UV-stable topcoat over a resin build rather than the whole floor, and we spec it where the fast turnaround or the UV stability actually earns its keep.
How long does a polyaspartic floor last?
Laid properly over a sound, well-prepped slab, it lasts for years of hard use. As with any resin floor, the prep and the build decide the lifespan far more than the product name, which is why we never skip the grind.
